I've been a personal site customer for more than 15 years (jimmcintosh.com) and I chose bluehost to host my startup's website. Starting about 3 months ago, we have been getting site down notices from a third party watch service that are increasing in frequency. It's now about once a week.
I now signing to get support and my site isn't showing up again.
I have liked the service for a long time but if this continues, we will be forced to leave.

I cannot find where to get into Weebly to edit my site and it's extremely annoying. Not sure if I'm just missing it, or if you've made it harder to find so that people will purchase new website design services? 1. NEED an option to hide chat button (bottom right.) It comes up and beeps loudly every so often, even when it is hidden and I haven't opened the chat.
2. STOP nagging me to buy domain security for my account every time I log in. It's trashy to repetitively try to sell an upgrade -- allow your users to respond ONCE and leave it alone after that.
3. Domain transfer process SUCKS now, takes longer than 1-week when it used to be handled same day.
4. Domain layout is not good. Why are DNS changes not accessible from the Domains section? The layout is not intuitive.
