Problem solved

I couldn't figure out why my blog site wouldn't come up on my phone but looked okay on a device. I called customer service and described the problem, and she demonstrated active listening by repeating what I had told her, then solved the problem. She stayed on the phone with me until I was satisfied.

I have not been liking the service for the past year. I have been with the company for years and it appears there have been organizational changes and I am not happy with them.

My site has been doing down a lot and I have not been able to get into my portal without calling customer service. I have many domains with Bluehost and I do not like not being able to login when I need to.

Seems Bluehost is made for only WordPress websites.
If you are planning to deploy node/angular/php/reactjs
No one supports you at all because there is no expertise.
Also, please don't purchase a 6-month / 1-year package because you will not get any money back if support is not good.

Below are problems I faced recently
1. Centos7 does not support node18
2. I purchased a managed service hosting plan but
The team doesn't know about server configuration,
They just provided me with centos7
3. Support is very weak.
4. There is no proper channel for communication.
5. you can not escalate any issue with hire management.

The servers are generally fast

The servers are generally fast. I'm having problems with DNS setup. The site runs on a temporary domain. It also works on non-temporary domains. But the installation does not complete. I think it's been over 72 hours. The WordPress sites I installed from Softcolous do not appear in the hosting accounts. Apart from that, Bluehost looks good right now in terms of price and performance

It has been one full month since migration of my three (3) websites began. Numerous requests for support have been submitted through Chat, In writing and by phone. The vast majority of these requests have been frustrating and unsuccessful. I have also experienced "Mysterious" disappearances of databases, security ID's and websites.
