Good service good support but unfortunately slow website

I ONLY HAVE QUATERLY EDIT SESSIONS. OFTEN WHEN I RETURNTO EFIT YOU MADE SYSTEM CHA GES WHICH BLOCK MY ACCESS. EACH TIME I NEED TO CONTACT SERVICE BEFORE BEING ABLE TO WORK. SOMETIMES SOLVE IN HOURS OR DAYS. MANCHMAL IN MONTHS.

The customer service rep solved my problem quickly and promptly. He was friendly and this is the reason i choose bluehost

I paid in full for two websites (subsaltcapital.com, and Terra Resources). I mentioned I wanted to work on subsalt first and then when finished we would focus on Terra Resources. My company rep sent an email that she was quitting and would assign my account over to another agent. That was the only contact I have had since paying for the sites, almost a month ago. And I did fill out the questionnaire before the allotted time. So this is not the holdup..

As is often the case, the AI chatbot is worse than useless. The experience is Great, once you get hold of an actual person, though.

It seemed simple enough to solve my request to stop the auto renew.
