Bluehost used to be easy to use, efficient and had great professional staff. Now it is a mess with necessary features hidden and obviously foreign staff who frequently don't even pay attention to what the problem is.

The free url registration was unnecessarily confusing as someone who has used sitehost and others before. It was misleading and led to us needing to reauthenticating our theme codes meaning reaching out to our theme support.

I tried logging in several times and the authentication code sent to my phone was not working. I was able to get in by using incognito mode. I should be able to login to my account when I want to.

The cost for renewal is opaque when viewed via admin dashboard. There is literally no price, or the ability to change the terms. The only reason I knew the cost or length was a single email saying they will renew for 3 years at an exorbitant cost. This is such a scummy way of doing business. I disabled auto-renew and moved hosts. Do not use bluehost.

Having a lot of trouble so far 👎🏻 cannot log directly into Wordpress have to log in through bluehost and it's delaying me something fierce as the user back end is confusing to me. I wish I could just build my site with Wordpress app it would b so much easier, I can't get any progress made it's so frustrating and defeating. Help! 👎🏻
