This was my worst experience in transferring my site that I have had over the years. I had always done my work before but thought that it would maybe save time to pay the high fee for the transfer of my website. I was wrong I should have done it myself and saved time and money.
They were slow and refused to respond to emails. It was just an altogether bad experience. I would never recommend Bluehost because of this. I am only staying because I paid out so much I can't go back.

I purchased the Pro plan through BlueHost with never having a website in the past or not knowing what to expect and the finished website was far greater than I expected! I compared it to competing companies and non of them compared to what BlueHost created for me! The SEO team and account manager are very knowledgeable and experienced who have kept me honestly informed if the process and everything they are willing to do to make my company show to the rest of the world!

Some quirks of Bluehost is preventing a 3rd Party platform to accept settings to make our emails Google friendly.

Using Bluehost along with WordPress AI site builder was easy. I had my site up and running in a couple of hours and was able to update it with media and text as I found time. After looking at other so called free site builders and hosts, I foung them lacking and I am glad I went with Bluehost.

I'm not technical. So, when I heard how easy it was to run a blog with Bluehost on your side, I decided to go for it. Other than the "very" polite, and patient customer service, and choice of texting, or calling, it wasn't worth the amount of time I had to learn. In my opinion, as a "beginner", you should already have some kind of knowledge, (even if it's minimal) before thinking it's as simple as it seems. Try to hold off on spending the money if you can. From what I understand, WordPress is free and you can always add things later. But, don't take my word for it. Remember - I'm a beginner. ;)

However, my recent experience was exceptional. The representative was not only professional, knowledgeable, and friendly but also went above and beyond by providing me with accurate and timely problem-solving.
