I find Bluehost mail to be clunky and the interface to be "old fashioned" compared to most other mail services I use. I am in software development and I don't find the website easy to set up at all. The email has too many steps to get to it.

The person I just spoke with today was obviously ONLY interested in sales and pushing sales. As soon as I said, nicely I might add, that I would call back to manually renew a service, he promptly hung up. He obviously didn't want to waste another minute with me. Seemed ONLY interested in making sales. Not interested in Customer Service.

We have multiple accounts with Bluehost. We have problem with our main accounts since the last 2 years. And it got worse. Our webpage sites do not respond for 1 to multiple minutes. We have contacted your tech support many times over many hours and they were not willing to work on the problems, just dancing around the bushes.
