I was on the phone earlier today to ask that the secure certificate be renewed (we already paid for renewal). The guy could not figure out what it was. Then he said he had, and that out website would be up in about half hour. 7 hours later... no. I also did the online chat, and was told some plugin was the problem. Someone in my organization took a look and said the issue is the un-renewed secure certificate. I need it renewed!

The platform they had before is better than the one they have now. This one has many problems, direct access to cpanel does not work, new domains cannot be assigned, they always have problems logging into the account, in short, they have many problems. I have been working with bluehost for more than 10 years and the truth is it is disappointing.

I have spent a good bit of time trying to update my contact records for all of my domains. No one could help. Tried again today, several browsers, cleared cache and spent time trying to fix it. The update contact screen is rejecting the very password that got me signed into my account saying it's invalid.

Back end interface is sooooooooo slow. And it isn't intuitive. Old data stays on my account looooong after a domain expires. So cluttery. Staying because it's hard to move.
