I am on here for the 4th time in less than a month because my emails are being blocked by Spamhaus. The first round took me 4 days with out email to get a tech that was able to fix the problem. I am VERY unhappy with the service I am getting from Bluehost these days.

1. In recent years support has gone down the tubes. 1st it's hard to reach support and once you do they are often not trained properly.

My main domain (https://berthamagazine.com) is in a complete shambles, and not operating properly. My EPS service is not worth the premium I am paying for it. It needs upgrading (the server does), and I do not have the technical expertise to update the cPanel version or the OS to Linux8, and it can't do either because the absence of one blocks the other. If you expect me to update my domain contract for even one year, you'd better straighten this out. I am out of resources to try to manage this myself, and this is not service on a par with my other hosts.

I like this place because I was with register/web.com and they were far too expensive for my needs, I came here mostly to hang onto domain names. I had a website here but you wanted to charge me far too much so that's gone now, basically I just need domain name renewal, and maybe a 1 page static website to show I own the names.

Not so great

Not so great. I have issue repeatedly, even loosing access to some tools. And issues are NEVER just a one time things... they just keep on repeating repeating again and again... so not great for something I pay almost 400$ per year.

You let an employee lock me out of my account by invaldidating the account ownership details. Then your resolution staff took multiple days to restore my access. I should've sued your company but instead I'll be leaving after the current prepaid year is complete. I miss Bluehost before Hostgator's $#*!ty investors bought them out and I regret hedging my business' success on Bluehost.
