Updating your website probubly helped you, didnt help me at all. You lost all of my payment history, your cutomer service reps dont know anything. Ive been trying move 1 domain name... 1, just 1 and its taking me 3 freakin months cause no one is smart enough to tell me were to put this stupid domain authorization code thats been sitting in my email for 15 days, which means today is the last day before i have to wait another 3 months to complete my clients order.

Your documentation about transferring a domain is not up to date. What is on the actual website does not agree with the images and instructions.
The chat is slow to answer and, as with most operators unfortunately, the support person does not accurately read the query, so I had to keep repeating the question in different ways.

Support is slow, slow to respond, slow to solve issues, slow to start my tickets. This is my 6th time starting a chat. This is the. 6th time I have had to wait in a queue for "10" minutes but its been more than 10 minutes.
