It was Valentines and I a female wanted to purchase one rose for a friend. There was nothing available, until the cashier pulled a rose out of a pre-made arrangement. I was impressed that she was willing to do this for me! She wrapped it nicely as though I had bought a much larger item. Thank you for treating me with kindness, excellent customer service, for one rose on a busy day!

Bloom Floral was fantastic to deal with from the moment we walked in the store. I described what we were looking for, showed a couple of pictures, and within minutes we were in the cooler seeing a possible flower arrangement...that in fact was exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic service, listened to what we wanted, asked great questions, and were very accommodating. I would use them again for any floral needs!

Amazing! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, more than expected.
The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They understood what i was looking for, and offered many options. Last year they were able to create a " chocolate bar tree" for my brother, who I am positive preferred that to flowers! They were all very cheerful, animated and fun. My visit was a pleasurable experience and I will visit again
