Only got a one star rating because I had to select one. Two other friends and myself ordered flowers to be sent to a Funeral Home for the death of our friend's brother. They did get them there on time, no wander, it could not have taken more than 5 minutes to assemble the arrangement. The image of the arrangement sent to the funeral home cannot be wiped out of my mind. It was absolutely embarrassing. I am so upset that I cannot even accept the money owed to me from the other two ladies as I was the one that selected Bloomex as the provider. They too were in disbelief of the appearance of the arrangement, if you can even call it that. On their website we selected a red and white carnations "elegant" arrangement. There was no elegance to it at all. They sent white daisies and a couple red carnations. The daisies were in bunches with elastics still on them, no arrangement and the odd red carnation put in, No greenery to give it height and dimension (as shown in the photo on website) no ribbon around the container. I repeat, no arrangement at all. And to top it off the daisies were not even fresh, they were wilted and petals curled under. To make matters even worse, we had paid to supersize it, I guess that meant just more wilted daisies with elastics around them. What a joke.
Our arrangement certainly stood out at the front of the chapel but for all the wrong reasons. What an embarrassment. So bad that I wish we had not even sent flowers. And can you imagine standing in front of a casket and trying to take a photo discreetly, it was very difficult and that too VERY embarrassing. I would never have had to put myself in that embarrassing moment if they had not been so horrible.
So was standing there to get the photo worth it….NO, as they did NOTHING about it. I sent them two emails with photos of what was ordered and what was received. They responded with thanks for the review, here is your $20 coupon to apply against your next order. LIKE EVER there will be a next order. Sadly it will be a very long time, if ever, that I will order flowers from anyone. And was the $20 coupon something special, not at all, as every person that orders flowers from them gets the $20 off on next order. Bet not many of them get used, who would.
So I called them and said that what they were offering was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund. That was not going to happen. So I asked if they could send a small arrangement to our friend's home instead, as the other was not even worthy of her bringing it home, which was our intention. The fellow said that he would escalate it and I would hear back shortly. A standard line I am sure, as I got no response at all. They had all my contact information.
I have finally had to give up on them as it is not worth the stress to me. Live and learn, and sure hope that others can learn from my experience. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!
I ordered flowers with a vase & the vase was delivered in bubble, broken (flowers were in a box). It was accepted at the front desk & the attendant was surprised a broken product was delivered with no response from tge delivery man. I emailed in a complaint & the only response was a request to fill out a review.

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet of roses and what we received was far different from what the order page described. The roses had no leaves on them at all and there was no greenery as pictured. The roses were very poor quality and died in 2 days. Bloomex will not give a refund and all they would do is quote policy. Not ordering from these scam artists every again.
I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 90th birthday online and they were not delivered. I then called a day after her birthday to follow up and was told they would be delivered within 3 days. I canceled the order and requested a cancellation confirmation which I didn't receive. I got an email a day later stating that the order was on hold. I had to call again after 2 days to try to get my money back which I was told I would get a store credit. What type of nonsense is that. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I'm never going to buy from them anymore or refer anyone.

I purchased flowers on May 9th for Mother's Day, but these were never delivered. I was told day after day they would deliver the following day, when calling in I was hung up on before I could even get my order number finished. I received an email today stating the order was lost and that they could give me a new arrangement or a store credit. I will never shop at this place again so a store credit is futile, and Mother's Day has passed, today is May 19th, and sending a new arrangement is insulting, to say the least. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) in Canada, anyone who has been frauded out of hard-earned money by this company is entitled to a full refund. Stay as far away from this criminal organization as you can.
Poor product, wrong order, late delivery and resolution was a $20 credit towards next order which I will not be using. Don't order from here. Unreliable.
Terrible company and terrible experience twice.
The first time my order was 4 days late and this time it never showed up. My order never arrived and Bloomex refused to issue a refund. Wouldn't use this company with a gun to my head.
I ordered flowers from bloomex, a company who i have used multiple times for flower delivery. My mom received her flowers on the Friday and by Saturday morning they were almost dead. I contacted bloomex right away and was asked to send pictures and an email (which I did) I am currently out of the country so it was difficult to communicate with not only them but my crying 83 year old mother. I have spent 5 days now emailing and calling getting the complete run around to be told all we can do is give you a $20 credit. That is terrible service and i will never use this company again. I am completely disgusted with customer service i have received.
Important flowers didn't arrive until days after promised date. DO NOT believe this company or their advertising. I called their support and got brushed off and advise you to avoid Bloomex at all costs!
This company charged am extra $15 to have my mother in laws flowers delivered on mothers day. They were received three days later. With no excuse. Utter shameful liars.
BEWARE...Do not purchase from Bloomex.ca I ordered flowers with the intention of having them delivered for Mother's Day. Bloomex did not let me know that my order would be delayed 2 days, until after Mother's Day. And they will not cancel my order even though they are in the wrong. They have an integrity issue and do not put their customers first, this is coming from someone who has owned a small business for the past 12 years.
Bloomex.ca, if you read this, learn from your unsatisfied customers. Not caring about your customers in this manner, with a lack of integrity, will cost the business in the long run because you will not get repeat customers or new customers. Your policy is not up to date, and therefore telling me that you are following policy is incorrect. Why is it ok for you to tell customers they have a short window to change their order status but you can decide to change the delivery order at your convenience? Telling me that my order is "in packaging "When, in reality, according to my order status update, this isn't the case at all. This shows that you need to make changes. I will no longer be ordering from your place.
Be aware, Bloomex accepted order, processed payment, confirmed delivery date and did not deliver on date confirmed. Three days after they delivered dead roses to my mother after Mothers Day.
Never looks anything like the photo. Cheap filler flowers are always in place of what they portray. Very thinned out and terrible color scheme, nothing like what they advertise. Just see for yourself. I ordered the "deluxe" size. Photos don't lie. To make it worse, they didn't include a vase.
Didn't receive my flowers on day asked, even when I paid extra for the express delivery. Then spoke to customer service and was basically just told, nothing can be done, sorry you'll get your flowers tomorrow because my area only gets delivery's from Tuesday-Friday. Nowhere on the website does it state this. It asks for your postal code before you choose a delivery date so I don't understand why you would give the day in question as available for delivery when it's clearly is not.
I ordered and paid for flowers a week ago to be delivered to my elderly mother on Mother's Day. She waited all day for them as I told her I had something being sent to her today. THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP. I called bloomex 4 times and was cut off twice…and put on hold for long periods of time. I was finally told that there was nothing they could do and someone would follow up with me at some point tomorrow or later to discuss my refund request. They also said they could not guarantee me a refund even though she didn't receive her flowers. The service is terrible and the customer service is just as bad. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buy your flowers anywhere else but here.
I ordered in plenty of time, to have Mothers Days flowers delivered for Mothers day. The 14th. I have now been informed that my order.which was a sizeable order.will NOT be delivered till the 16th! 2 days After Mothers Day, and they will NOT refund anything, saying Order has been confirmed. I do NOT recommend Bloomex Canada. At all
I ordered the birthday bundle with a nice bouquet of flowers, and what my mum received was no where near to what I saw in the picture. It was much smaller, and poorly arranged, like you see in the picture. I will never order from there again.
I ordered flowers for a family member who lives in Calgary, AB. I ended up needing to pay for a re-delivery so I emailed my credit card info to their address as requested by the update notification.
Flowers were nice and family member impressed (until delivery guy called saying he made a mix up and could they check the delivery card). Annoying but a minor inconvenience.
A couple days later I get a bank notification and check my credit card online to find 2 charges made not-in-person. Nearly $2,000 was spent at Orlando, FL and under $100 in L.A. And not by me!
I will not ever order from this company EVER again, and unless you want the hassle of cancelling your credit card, changing over your pre-authorized payments, & disputing fraudulent charges, you should AVOID this company and the crooks who work here.

Ordered 3 arrangements to show appreciation for 3 staff members. I asked for the pink flower arrangements in mason jar. Got 3 different arrangements. Approx 3 flowers in each vase. None pink.
They were orange, purple, green in an oversized pink vase. Appears we got what was left in the store that could not be used. Because the vase was too large, the flowers leaned to the side. No added baby's breath, greenery, leaves, nothing. I was so embarrassed as it appears my appreciation of the work the people do for us was shown with cheap arrangements. I approached the company for a refund or to resend what I asked for. I was met with 4 form letters signed by "Bloomex". They said sometimes the flowers are not in season, or the vase you want is not in stock. But they still offer it on their website. They don't tell you it's not available. They just substitute with what they feel is comparable.
They refused to resend what I asked for or give a refund. Offered me a $20 coupon on my next order.
