Incredibly beautiful blanket. Velvety soft with great pictures and sayings. The customer service is wonderful and I would recommend their products. A great Company to work with.
I love these blankets. I have ordered 4 so far to give as Christmas gifts. The only issue I have is the time to take to get the blankets. I had to order a month in advance to insure I get it in time. Otherwise they are beautiful!
I love the quilt I ordered for my grandson! It is a great weight and the construction vehicles are his favorite. Waiting patiently as i had placed my order two months before Christmas and it still is "in route". They only respond with canned emails that state a tracking number that shows it never got recieved by USPS. I will be requesting a refund as they did gladly take my month a month ago.

Just wanted to let everyone know that, when the product didn't arrive when expected, I contacted the company via email. They responded immediately and followed up. I received the item less than 48 hours later!

The picture doesn't show a lot of the quilt, but enough to see it is perfect for the bed. I was skeptical ordering from a Facebook add as I've been burned before, but I really wanted the quilt. It came within 2 weeks, and it's perfect!
Haven't received it yet it's been a month I sent an email. Haven't heard back from that either. If they are on back order just cancel and refund my money

You are right I should have received my order. However I have still not gotten it. I ordered it for a birthday gift that was the first of December. Your customer service just keep telling me it's on its way. Well I don't want it anymore since the birthday has come and gone. Please issue me a full refund as it is clear the quilt is lost. I was very upset to learn it was coming from China and not the USA as you lead people to believe. What a scam you have going!

The blanket and pillow cases are well made and the blanket is super comfortable. The only issue we had is that we bought a king set and the pillow cases are regular size, but we made them work.

Ordering was easy breezy. But not only did it take over month to get the product because it came from China(which isn't clear anywhere on the website). I got the product just days before Christmas, it's cheaply made and feels like tissue paper and is completely falling apart. Not at all what I expected for the price I paid. Because it's so close to Christmas I now have to scramble around to get a Jew gift because this one is falling apart. The company is a PIA to get ahold of, and they don't actually answer your questions when they do finally answer you. Would highly recommend not shopping here. I would give it negative stars if that was possible.

I ordered this product only because it had a Texas address, but it took forever to come and it quickly became clear it was coming from China. Took over a month to arrive and I got it in the nick of time, as it was a gift. It arrived, vacuum-packed in a small bag so it was very wrinkled when it arrived. I laid it out and many of the wrinkles came out. I would have washed and dried it, but I was afraid to, as the quality is very poor. It is very thin and not what I had in mind. Definitely not worth the money I paid. But the recipient of the gift seemed happy with it, though she had no way of knowing what it cost. Had I seen it in a store, for that price, I wouldn't have given it a second look!

I was disappointed in the quality of this quilt. I paid $83.00 so I assumed that the quality would be great. The colors look greenish instead of black and it is super thin. I expected more for the price. I will take my loss but I will not order again for this site. It's unfortunate because I really like a lot of their things.

I ordered this blanket for my grand-daughter as a xmas gift early November and I still don't have it! E-mailed them multiple times and they keep telling me they will contact the shipper! I don't have a tracking number nor do I know where it's shipping from. Extremely frustrated at this point. I feel like nothings being done to rectify this situation and xmas is next week! HELP!
Order 2 personalized blankets on Nov 15. Plenty of time before holidays. Received both on Dec 5. Company made an error and printed same name on both. Contacted them and they said they would reprint. As of today Dec 22, package is still in China. This was their mistake they promised to make good in it but didn't have the decency to overnight package to me since it was their mistake so I would have it for Christmas. Now 3 days before Christmas I have to find another gift to open Christmas morning. I have no issues with purchasing from another country if I like the item but waiting weeks for items to arrive is ridiculous. If you are going to sell all over the world than get better shipping methods. Also this was Block Gears mistake and should have been rectify so I would have it in time for Christmas especially when it was orders 45 days before I needed it. Very disappointed. Alice in customer service was very nice but not happy with outcome and that I need to go shopping 3 days before Christmas.
