I am in Australia and was very happy with the whole experience re my order. I am very happy with my dragonfly bedspread & 2 pillow cases. The delivery time was shorter than expected and even though I didn't see many very positive reviews, I took the chance. I am very happy that I did take the chance and I would definitely order through Block of Gear again.
Blanket is great! Had to ask where it was after I received email it was shipped. Slow to get back to me, but blanket eventually arrived.

Ordering was easy and simple. They did a good job informing me of progress of shipment, but the one complaint I have is that they gave me a tracking number but no name of carrier. When I plugged the tracking number in, the response was No such number exists. After waiting the suggested days, the package did arrive close to the proposed delivery date. It was packaged well and quality was as advertised.

I purchased this quilt on November 18 2020.
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my young son. Well today is December 27 2020. I never recieved the item i purchased. I have contested the charge on my credit card. Horrible experience. My son was sad on Christmas. This was something he really wanted. Just to let you know these are shipped from overseas from China. I did know that before purchasing it. I will never purchase from them again. I would give NO stars!

The whiccan blanket print was very blurry, sloppy stitching and grossly overpriced. And you can't return it once you open the package, according to your own rules on returning it. How can you inspect it without opening it up? I will never buy from your company again and I tell everyone I know not to buy your substandard products.

First any company that uses USPS for shipping as opposed to fedex or Ups really could careless if customers receive items in a timely manner. Was slow but did receive before Christmas only because ordered awhile back. Ordered King size comforter set with I thought king size pillow covers, nope comforter is fine but pillow cases aren't close. They might fit a queen size pillow but when laid on top of our king size pillows weren't close so still laying in the corner. More of a novelty item for us for our Golden Retriever to lie on his golden retriever comforter and was cheap so wasn't expecting much anyway.

Took almost 2 months to arrive. Customer service is slow and the English is terrible. Product quality is bad. Thin cheep material. DISAPOINTED

The Christmas bedspread is cute and pretty fair quality. It took about a month or more to get it so I barely got it here before Christmas. Give them plenty of time for shipping because it must be coming from China.

They spelled my children names incorrect on the blankets and that was very upsetting i would not buuy from them again. I tried to get another blanket replacing the incorrect one but I have yet to hear back.

Not happy at all. Ordered deer blanket for my gorgeous wife. Recieved a daughter blanket for a black person.
I bought 3 of these quilts for my kids as Christmas presents and they loved them! Quality of the artwork is astounding! Fabric seems like it would be warm but isn't overly heavy. Will be buying again in the future.

So very disappointed in the quilt. Looked so much better on picture. Looks wore and looked like a picture that it was handquilted. Very very disappointed. Company not easy to work with so probably will have to keep it.

Everything was good on the order except not receiving any tracking information I look and looked for it but never found it. That was my only issue.
