I am a builder and a repeat customer. I called to get a question answered. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Products arrive on time. Installation is straight forward. Blinds are good quality and pricing is very good. I have and will recommend to clients, friends and family.

I have ordered faux wood blinds before and ordered two more. They look great. On the second order one of the boxes had a big gauge in it, probably by the delivery service, and the blind was damaged. I emailed customer service and sent pictures of the unopened box which showed the damaged blind. I heard back the same day and they are going to remake the blind and send it to me. I don't have to spend money to ship the damaged blind back. NO HASSLE. So very pleased. Great price, great looking blinds and great customer service.

I ordered two shades for my basement. Oddball custom size, requested special length on the chains. Everything was exactly as requested, shipped very quickly and for a great price. Highly recommended.
If you are looking for cheap blinds, this site pretty much had the cheapest ones out there, especially when they have one of their frequent promotions. Unfortunately, this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." The actual blinds are flimsy and feel cheap, the size is just a little off, so it lets in too much light. The rod has to go on under this plastic tube which is completely inflexible, so we had to cut it off and improvise. The magnetic trim isn't long enough to cover the brackets.
From a distance they look decent, so we aren't going to go through the hassle of returning them, and again, they are cheap, but if you want something that is high quality, you won't find it here.
Because of the nearby Lowes or Home Depot not carrying this size, Blindster was available to provide it.It just took some time to receive it. It was a perfect fit and worth waiting for.
We had planned to make some updates at our church before our upcoming summer events and decided to replace the plastic Imitation "Stain Glass" window covers with blinds.
We contacted Blindster.com and requested samples which we received within 3 business days and placed an order two days after receiving the samples.
The entire turn around time consist of 3 business days for the samples and we received our blinds within an additional 3 business days of placing the order.
We were very happy with the service we received from Blindster.com and would recommend them to our friends.

Great price, simple instructions, fast delivery, extremely happy with product. Only issue was I ordered a slightly too light of faux wood color. It was a little difficult to get a true feel for the color by just looking at the colors online.

Although the cordless blinds work well at full movement, being pulled down and returned to an up position, we are still not completely enamored with the slat closure and opening. Your directions say it takes time to learn how to properly close the blinds in a slow manner etc. They still are a difficult re-position of the slats. Some will not even open fully or turn a full opposite direction. I expect they will be ruined in little time by others that will try to manually turn the slats to the desired angle.
