Original color was backordered. Replied with a new color. Heard nothing. Called several days later, and the lady apologized, said the email system was having some problems, then expedited my shade in the new color. Received it faster than anticipated. Looks great.

I ordered this window blind from Blindster. Their instructions on how to measure were great! I have a custom fit blind for less than Lowes and Home Depot wanted for their off the shelf blinds. I would highly recommend Blindster.

Everything good up until go to use them. Nothing but trouble from there on, won't stay down and will not go up and the 4' one wants to come down and not stay up. I believe it is BAD mechanism. Wish to have them replaced with ones that go down the first time stay and ones that go up the first time and stay up. I bought 7 units all bad!

I ordered a shade for my french door - one that raises from the bottom or lowers from the top. I received this exactly when they said I would and it's exactly as expected. Quality looks good and it works great. I would order from them again.

Good enough for a rental home. The contact paper on the header does not stick. Have to smooth it out daily. Easy to install. Colors are what I expected. One will have to be replaced because the cord is fraying and it does not push up easily
The whole process was very easy. Blinds arrived as described. They look really nice.
Blinds were delivered on time but when started installing the spacer blocks were missing. I called and customer service rep said they would ship them to me. I said I needed them pronto and I suggested they be shipped over night. The rep said they would be shipped asap. It's been over a week and half now and still no spacers. I called three days ago and they said they were shipped but I still haven't seen them
