Having only on-line directions that are generic makes the installation take longer than it should. I feel I am a pretty handy / intuitive guy but previously installed your slider patio shutters and I was greatly disappointed with your generic on-line instructions.
It would have been helpful to know how long it would take from the point of ordering to receiving. It did not seem clear to me in the ordering process that it would take so long
We've had problem with too much sun coming into our office for years, but we didn't want to add blinds because we didn't want to block our amazing view and knew the windows are too high, so we can't reach the top. The battery-operated remote-controlled sunshades are perfect... the take away the blinding light but allow complete view to be shown through.

I placed my order online easily and the order was confirmed. Unfortunately, the fabric/color I wanted was backordered and was not expected to be available for around 3 months. Too long! I contacted customer service and asked if I could choose another color and find out if it was in stock. This took several days, but it was worth waiting to find out if I could proceed using my second color choice. That fabric was indeed available and I received my order quickly. I'm pleased with the product and it is doing the job I intended.

Very happy with our new solar shade, both in its appearance and its function. Ordered the 5% filter shade and it definitely makes a difference in reducing the heat of the sun coming through our living room window. Had a problem with delivery of original order, but that was a Fedex problem. Customer service at Blindsgalore was outstanding in remedying the situation. Would gladly recommend them.
