As a former architect/builder, I have experience doing general and complex home maintenance projects. The online ordering process was straight forward and the duration from order date to receipt of the shade was relatively short. The shade was well packaged with bubble wrap in a durable cardboard box. Installation instructions were simple enough to follow with simple tools most people have around the house. Other than leaning over the counter to install it in the window opening, it was a breese.
The blind installation was quite easy right down to your list of tools that was needed. They fit perfectly.
Received my blind with a large hole in the box at the end where hardware was placed thank God it did not touch the blind and the hardware was still in box
