The blinds fit perfectly based on measuring per their instructions. They were shipped quickly once made and they sent me updates. The blinds are great--such an improvement over what I had before and they really do block the cold! So happy with my purchase--these were the only blinds I could find that would fit my windows due to the limited space to hang them!

The process was easy to follow on the website and delivery was in a reasonalbnle time frame. I also decided to change color after a couple of days from the original order of the blinds. I called Blindsgalore directly. The associate was very helpful and was able to change the color of the blinds. My experience was very good.
