Nice looking blinds, but I prefer the ones I replaced. My original blinds had a button that you push to close and it assisted with drawing them back up. These do not have that feature and I'm not a fan.

I ordered my blinds in early November. I got a note a week later that they were shipping and got a tracking number. The tracking number showed for the next month that FedEx never got the package and it was just sitting on a blindsgalore loading dock or something. I wrote to you guys a few times to inquire about it. It finally started moving in mid-December. Arrived and installed fine. They're nice. I'm happy with the product but you managed my expectations poorly with regards to shipping.
We apologize for any confusion! Your particular product is produced at our plant in Turkey and we did experience a Customs glitch that, unfortunately, delayed transit on all packages sent from that facility in November. We regret the delay and appreciate your understanding!
