My blind was delivered as ordered, but the it was 1/8 inch too wide at the top due to inside brackets. A call to Blindsgalore resulted in immediate replacement with request that i donate the original. Restore with habitat for humanity was pleased with their donation.

I purchased a new house last fall, and it has a huge bay window in one room, and that window made the room very cold and drafty. As soon as I installed my new Blindsgalore cellular shades, the draft went away and the room maintained a "just right" temperature. Some months later, I decided to order more cellular shades for two more rooms, and again, the room temperature improved and drafts almost entirely disappeared. In a nutshell: Blindsgalore makes cellular shades worth every single penny!

Super easy to customize to your liking. Easy to order. Great price. I've ordered all my window coverings from Blindsgalore. Never had a problem. On my last window I ordered the light filtering cellular shade I ordered the bottom up top down. But received the bottom up. I didn't want to return. It wasn't that big of a deal for me. Out of 10 windows I've used Blindsgalore on all of them. I would definitely recommend them.

The screens look beautiful. They fit well. Ordering them was very easy.

My blinds look wonderful. I had to call for some shims and the piece that brings it away from the wall and I don't remember being asked about those parts in the order process. (My window frames are metal and stick out from the wall about one half inch.)
I could have used a little more guidance on how to measure as well. I didn't find that info on the website when ordering. I did ok tho and the blinds are perfect. They are nice quality and look wonderful.

Nice product. Doubled my custom order by mistake and took multiple calls to straighten out which was frustrating. Otherwise, a good experience.

All the blinds fit perfectly…. I did have an issue in that one of the blinds did not have the hardware included to mount it. I plan to contact your service department and I'm confident that I will be able to get the mounting brackets I need. Great work!

The samples came quickly and were very helpful. I was looking for a more natural fiber blind and was having trouble finding the right thing. Also, I didn't want roman shades because they cover up too much of the window even when all the way up. The shades we got are almost in between a roll-up shade and a roman shade, which is great. I love that there is no cord or wand. It's a very clean look. I am happy that we got them lined. It adds a nice touch and provides more privacy without being blackout.
