Ordered blinds when they were delivered we were not happy with the color. Contacted blindsgalore they were understanding and allowed us to order a new blind in a different color from a different maufacturer. We only had to pay the price difference, which was minimal. Great company, have delt with them in the past and will continue in the future.

Overall the blinds were very nice and easy to install. I did feel that delivery took a long time for a basic blind.

I've ordered several times for 2 different homes and we've always been pleased with the product. It is easy to reorder when they keep your rooms blind sizes and such when people in my Airbnb ruin them.

Ordered blinds in bone/ivory to match my existing. Color was too yellow in tone. Emailed and asked for the same blinds in white. They reordered blinds and we received. They look great. Easy to install

Wonderful customer service! The blinds are beautiful and installation was a snap. One of the blinds arrived broken. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent immediately.

The whole process was seamless. From finding the shades we wanted, to oredering and the timely delivery. The installation couldn't have been easier…screw in a couple brackets and clip in the blinds. The blinds are well designed with a smooth and easy operating system. We couldn't be happier.

Ordered a whole house of blinds 13 all together went up fast and work well

The shades are of good quality. The color is perfect from the inside but buyers need to know the outside is a very stark white. We don't love that but it's our only complaint.

As a previous customer from 2017, one of the cords in my blind broke. I looked up my old order and replaced it. The original color was not available anymore but I found a pretty close match. The only thing I didn't like was that the brackets were a little longer preventing a quick swap out with the old one. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
