My blind has not been installed yet. Hoping to get done in the next week.

I needed a specialized size blind for a transom window. The sizing and ordering was easy and the blinds came in and fit perfectly!

I ordered a blind that came with a defect that would not allow the wand to be attached. I reported the issue and they sent a new wand. Which was not the issue. Then they sent a new part where the wand attached and expect me to disassemble the blind to install this defective part. Hard NO! Then I asked for a replacement blind... the full blind since it's not my job to fix the broken product that I was sent to begin with. Then I was referred back to where I ordered it but I used the contact info I had which was them. STILL WAITING WITH THIS BLIND THAT I CAN'T OPEN OR CLOSE! Ridiculous!

This is my third order with Blinds Galore and I don't just come back because of the prices! This time around a ordered $4000 worth of roman shades and incorrectly ordered my opening mechanism. I emailed Blinds Galore and they happily replaced them free of charge and corrected the opening mechanism no questions asked. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

The blinds are very nice but we needed to order wands in addition.

Open the boxes I realize we had a good quality gazebo. About three weeks before we can install the gazebo.

Order was shipped very fast and delivery was excellent. Blind fit as described.

The blinds are good quality and arrived without issue, though one of the blinds came with a defect/scratch visible on the front straight out of the box, which was a little bit frustrating given what we paid. The instructions definitely could use a lot more improvement because it took two of us probably double or triple the time it could have to install the blinds if we had clear instructions with good visuals, and made the process much more frustrating than it should have been. Overall, we got all 4 blinds installed eventually without issue and they seem to be high quality and work well and provide good privacy for our porch.

We were very please on the early arrival. We just had bought a house and it had no window coverings.

I am happy with my blinds the only thing I did not care for was the clear mount for the cord to slide through. My old one was not transparent and I like that look better. The blinds were easy to install and look great.

This is my 4th order in less than 6 months and workmanship and service above expectation every time. Thank you!

I couldn't ask for a better company and product than blinds galore. Blinds/shades are a quality product. Colors are sharp and installation a breeze. I will always order my blinds, shades, or other products from blindsgalore.

They always provide good quality perfectly sized blinds at a reasonable price. It's very easy to install as long as you follow the directions. Blinds are easy to measure for using the measurement guide they give you. I've been using them for many years.

I have used Blindsgalore for 10 years. Although their selection seems to have diminished, they still have the best product.
