Exactly how they were pictures, and look as good as I'd hoped they would look! Super easy to install too.

It was easy to order, delivery was prompt; installation seemed easy-ish. My only problem was deciding the sheerness of the solar shade. I guessed correctly and we love it. It made an immediate difference on our porch.

The items I ordered fit perfectly and are of good quality. Simple to install.

I have had multiple great experiences with Blindsgalore and their products. Latest order had a backorder on fabric, but they kept me up to date. Previous order was made wrong once I received it and looked it over, but they responded and quickly got me a replacement. Products are of high quality and workmanship. I would order again!

The original shades that were sent had and issue and sent in a complaint. They remade and resent Awesome customer service

I've recommended Blinds Galore to several friends over the years and at least one of them did follow through with a purchase. I have received and am satisfied with the two blinds that I recently ordered, now installed. Having made two prior purchases a few years ago, I made this last purchase with intent to match those ordered previously. The website seems to have changed or there are currently fewer products and options offered than what I remembered previously in the roll up blinds category. Those I'd ordered before were the same color on both sides, made of what was claimed to be tent canvas and were operated using stainless steel ball chain hanging on one side. I wasn't able to determine on this last order if the steel ball chain was included or available so I called soon after placing the order to speak to a rep and find out if I could have the steel ball chain instead of the clear plastic variety that she informed me was currently included. I'd reconciled to the fact that the product wasn't double-sided with same color but hoping to match the rest of the house with same color fabric on one side at least and same steel ball chain. I was able to match the color, fortunately. The rep told me that she'd call the factory in Mexico and ask if steel ball chain was available. I never heard back from the rep. At BlindsGalore, and I called back a couple of times and wasn't connected with a rep. For some reason. Overall I'm pleased enough to at least match the other house blinds in color and basic tent canvas fabric type but was disappointed with the lack of selection options and the now missing options for both sided same color and for stainless ball chain and for the poor customer service follow through. Therefore - 4 stars.

The only challenge we faced was that there are so many options to pick from. So it's a little overwhelming. So without someone there to talk to its a lot of key clicks to wade thru to find everything. Having said that everything fit perfect and went smoothly.

Ordering was easy blind is perfect fits perfect looks perfect. We are very happy with our purchase.

I am so pleasantly surprised and pleased with the customer service and quality of the aluminum blinds I received. They are a better quality than the ones I replaced. I highly recommend.
