Website was easy to navigate. They also sent order updates on a frequent basis. We have been very happy with our blind and plan to purchase through Blinds Galore again.

We installed Blinds Galore in our entire achool of seven classrooms in 2019. Now we only occasionally need to order replacements when a blind cord fails or something else wears out. Teahcers are very happy with the overall durability and the room darkening characteristics of the blinds.

These shades are so pretty. I love the color and texture. They work really well. I have had some shades that did not operate well. I would recommend Blindsgalore to anyone.

The Roman shade that I got was very difficult to install. I would probably not recommend this to anyone plus the price was so high. I should've just bought a brand new door with lines inside it would've been cheap cheaper.

Easy to find the shade I needed to replace the old ones. Just put in the measurements and pick the color and done. Very happy.

This is my second time ordering and its still simple and user friendly and usually have better prices that the big box stores.

The order arrived as described. Motorized cell shades were included and needed som we additional assistance for install. Customer service was responsive in providing options for further guidance.

I got in touch with Alex at Blinds Galore regarding my order I mentioned that wands were too short for my wife to access them so in explaining this Alex assured me he would make it right and within a week I received 2 longer wands that solved the issue

Our original order arrived and all the valances were too short and the blinds were to short. We were only allowed to reorder 4 of the total order and have them corrected instead of the entire order that was wrong so that was disappointing.

We've been ordering custom window coverings from Blindsgalore for years. All of the blinds and shades we've bought from them were easy to order, affordable, excellent quality, and amazing customer service. No complaints. They were recommended to me by my sister, and I recommend them to anyone I know looking for window treatments.

Order was never updated and delivery was never confirmed. There are times there are no customer service agents available for a while. Excuses excuses excuses.

My experience was positive. Placed my order, they followed up with size confirmation. Everything was as described. Blinds fit nicely.

We're very happy with the blinds themselves - they look beautiful and we're glad we chose Blindsgalore. However, the installation experience was frustrating due to a lack of accessible troubleshooting resources.

We encountered several issues during installation: one bracket cover didn't sit flush (we couldn't tell if the brackets were too close together), the tension control prevented one blind from fully raising and another from fully lowering, and the instructions for adjusting the tension control button were unclear.

Support was friendly but couldn't provide direct answers, requiring back-and-forth emails and communication with the factory. What should have been a 2-hour installation stretched into multiple days of waiting.

The real issue? No instructional videos. In 2026, video tutorials should be standard for products like this. Simple demonstrations showing how to adjust the tension control, proper bracket spacing, and common troubleshooting would have saved us days of frustration. We eventually solved the tension issue by manually flipping the bottom of the blind repeatedly until it reset - something a 30-second video could have shown us immediately.

Bottom line: Excellent product quality, and we're happy with our purchase. But adding basic video tutorials to the FAQ section would transform the customer experience from average to excellent.
