We have ordered from Blinds and blindster and have found many of their shipments are not packed well. They always correct the problem but why not pack it properly to begin with?

We got the banded room darkening shades for our bedroom and there are a few things we don't love. The blinds fit well at the top, but each side of the fabric has a fairly big gap that lets light in. Really wish there was a cord instead of pull down because the panels don't line up completely properly. Delivery was a bit late.
Unfortunately, changes to Canada safety laws prevent corded shades from being sold, due to choking hazards. We will be reaching out regarding the side gaps, which will exist with any inside mount shade, but should be minimal.
Customer service rep was extremely helpful. Replacement was easy!
Letty is an excellent customer service rep. She adds the personal touch now that we've bought a few shades from her. She knows exactly what we want so she writes up our order and all we have to do is call in the credit card. The shipping from BG is incredibly fast.
