Overall, the blinds were fine and easy to install. My only complaint is the valance return. I selected the 1/2" return for the valance and it does not sit flush with the wall. The clips are pretty big so the valance return has a 1/2" gap from the wall. I suppose if I had selected the 1" return it would have worked out how I expected.

Telephone assistance and web site details led to a correct order and mostly smooth install. One improvement for a semi-circular blind would be a more robust connection in the small plastic clip holding the center cover.

I have now ordered 4 blinds from Blindsgalore. The alternatives and color choices are very good. Ordering is easy and is supported by attentive customer service.

I ordered two cornices for the windows in each bathroom. However, the one for the smaller bathroom was overwhelming and I had to use it in the bedroom. I should have ordered a smaller depth and length.

Only issue was each of the three came with different length wands. Sent an email for all three with long wands and they were sent quickly.

Although the quality of the material is everything I expected, the lining is disappointing. A little too heavy for the cordless mechanism to work properly. Too much "shimmying" and requires two hands to manipulate upward motion. I have similar blinds from another Canadian manufacturer and the ease to operate is much better. I chose this company for the material only. I don't think I will buy them again as I am afraid these are going to break in no time. Sorry...

I loved my first purchase just 2 windows so much. I got the top down bottom up and the are beautiful! This blind suits my home. They give me privacy while making my rooms feel cozy. And when the tops are open I get to enjoy sunlight or the moon snd stars.

Always easy to order and understand what you are getting. Very nice quality.

The shades installed easily, color and size was perfect. They work very smoothly. The only thing we didn't like was that the pull cord was too short. We tried to add an extension but it didn't work well. It would be great if Blindsgalore had an extended cord option.

Very simple process. If this helps anybody I went into Home Depot to look at all the samples and colors and textures that this specific line sold at Home Depot and sold at this company. It was very very helpful and this website was Much more discounted. I covered four windows they all were a little bit different sizes one of them fits wonderfully giving the proper measurements.

Needed blinds for a vinyl window that don't drill into the frame. Great solution for that. Quality was ok. They came backwards which was annoying, but not worth returning for.

Fantastic quality and great customer service. Only problem was the length of time for shipping was about two weeks more than estimated. So that was unfortunate and the shipping tool was not updated, however when we called the woman was so pleasant, even called the carrier on our behalf. The end result was / is great!
