The experience was okay the website is a little cumbersome hard to get around in but I've ordered two or three times from them and it's always been delivered on time

Easy to order. Delivery was well packaged. Sizes were accurate.

I was having a warranty issue with my original blind. Beth Hopkins took great measures to ensure I was taken care of, from getting me the replacement blind to helping me with the installation. You have a real gem with her. I can't give her enough kiddos for her sensational work. If I need more blinds in the future, I know where I will go. I will highly recommend you to my friends. I would say family, too, but I am a new widow and don't have any family left.

Ordering was easy but had issues with the blinds
Top down cellular shades don't sit flush at the top
Disappointed

I purchased some of the top down shades as well as cordless shades. I love them, they look great and work well to keep the heat of the sun out. My only complaint is the top down shades droop a bit at the top. Otherwise, great shades and I got them at a great price.

Quick and easy and the quality is great. They have a lot to choose from and it got here in a timely manner.

The ordering process was easy and i was able was unsure if I had measured well to ensure the measurements were correct.

Ordering was easy and straight forward. Shipping was a little long, but did not make a big difference. Would not have been willing to pay more for faster shipping.
