In July, I ordered another roller blind from Blinds2Go. The previous order was in February 2017. As I recall, I had several attempts to input the required order details, but if I made a mistake, I had to revert to the start point. When eventually I reached the end of the order process, and somewhat irritated, I clicked to confirm that everything was correct.

When I received the blind it was the wrong size that I had input the details for. The Order Confirmation correctly confirmed that the order matched the Blind that was delivered. I felt stupid - how could I have made such a silly mistake?

I therefore ordered another blind from Blinds2Go in August. I went through exactly the same process as before. When I reached the end of the online order process I was invited to confirm the order by clicking on one of two options - the previous order size - the default option - or the order I had inputted! I then checked the blind that was delivered in July - it was the size of the February order.

I was therefore not stupid in the first place - I was a victim of poor software, either by deliberate design or by indifferent professionalism. Blinds2Go needs to sort this issue out as a matter or priority. It ought not to take 2 minutes for their software design team to sort out the default option to be the current order input details as opposed to the last order inputted.

So watch out, otherwise you will be had like me!

We have had 2 blinds so far and are very satisfied with the products and the service. Navigating the website is easy and there are plenty of options within each range to choose from. The fact you can put your measurements in and get an instant quote is great. The prices are very reasonable for made to measure products.
The first time I requested a few free samples and they arrived quickly which made sure we got the colour just right for our decor. The company keeps you updated via e mails with the progress and shipping of your order.
Both blinds have fit easily and look great. As we move round the house decorating each room we will be sure to order further blinds from blinds 2 go. I highly recommend them and know neighbours have done their whole house after telling them about our great experiences

I would really recommend this site as I have had excellent service. My Parents ordered some blinds by another company and it was appalling service that in the end they cancelled the order having waited 4 weeks. Blinds to go kept me informed all the way to when they were being made to delivery and they arrived earlier than expected. My Husband has now put them up and they look FAB. My parents have also ordered 9 blinds and they have Just arrived and they are very happy. Thank you for excellent service.

Fantastic product. I was a little worried before I started fitting the blinds despite it being said that it only takes 3 minutes to fit. However as soon as I got over the fear of being the only person in the world who may do it wrong, I fitted 2 of these in a round 3-5 minutes each. A tiny criticism, for me there could be more wording on the instructions, ie it does not really tell you how to open the blinds when you have closed them and by chance I pushed the base backwards and hey presto it allowed me to push the blind upwards to open again. Why can't this be explained on the information sheets?
The blinds look great and once I worked out how to use them, they are very easy to use. The attic is extremely dark when the blinds are closed, so the blackout element works well too.
I liked the cost compared to the velux range and the quality is great too.
I have already recommended the blinds to colleagues at work.
