I've been waiting for over 3 months for a $3,000 winning withdrawal. I can not reach anyone by phone anymore and when I could they would give me the same run around about how my account is under investigation and I can not claim any winnings but they would call me back with an update and I never received a call back. When I would send them a message they would tell me they redirected it to the finance team who would reach out to me, which they never did and I have emailed the finance team personally with no response back. DO NOT PLAY BITBETWIN. I've played over $17,000 in deposits and they are an absolute scam when you win big. There are definitely better sites who issue large winnings within minutes.

As soon as I had to verify my Identity Everytime I wanted to make a withdrawal they start giving the runaround and won't reply to my questions on trying to get what they have asked of me in order to do the necessary steps to withdraw and now they say I have to wait 24 HOURS TO WITHDRAW AND CAN ONLY WITHDRAW 100.00 PER 24 HOURS!

Casinos use to be good to play. But now they treat their customers horribly if a game messes up and takes your money and u report it they get back to you days later to say they didn't find anything wrong on their end. I opted for a sign up bonus of 20$. Won 94$ then at cash out they inform you there is zero way except crypto. Ok. Got my niece to help with that. From there it's a constant denial over and over. I've sent in over 20 pictures they have requested. My ID, a paper with my name, w/drawl date, game name and winning amount. They deny and say I have to hold ID and paper together plus show full face and hands and still denied. That was hars to take because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis too. They say too blurry, yeah trying to make sure full face, hands, paper, id is seen WILL make parts blurry because u have to zoom out to get it all in. They have a crystal clear pic of my ID alone like they asked for though and u can can clearly see its the same ID, I'm the same person, etc.

It's all a damn scam

I made a deposit on Juwa platform. After receiving an email saying my order is complete I went on to Juwa and my deposit wasn't put on. SO I chat with there robot and 5times they redirected me to a human. It's been well over 2 hours and still my deposit isn't on my platform. The service sucks because they still have told me why its not being deposited.

I hit a jackpot and the game froze but not the entire screen just the slot and it didn't unfreeze it logged me back out and no money. No one tried to.help me customer service sucked. First things first they will always tell you they are experiencing high redeem volumes that is a lie... Second I just updated they are now trying too say they can't process withdrawals for bitcoin but are gladly receiving them for deposits! (Sound fishy too anyone else?)
