Bitbetwin

Sorry does not cut the fact they cheat. This site is not like other sites you play casino games on these are sweepstakes games. I know for fact they are mirroring people. My friend sells Vegas X games and she told me how its done...These guys have ripped me off by cheating. I gave these guys thousands just to findout they cheat. There is no reason to cheat customers the games are in their favor but the greed caused them to be unfair in the games. You guys giving good reviews have not noticed it yet. Oh they will let you win but then its back to being mirrored

Awesome website to play to actually be paid out and the only part that is bad about it is the withdrawl process and how long it takes

Horrible won 166 bucks on inferno n refused with draw due to there technical issues... Don't gamble here frauds

If you know, you know! That's how fast the withdrawal process is! Fast friendly guest service providing a well round experience!

Once again it's a great place to go play online casino always winning always lots of fun and always great games love it so much

This is PLACE IS A FRAUD THEY TOOK AWAY MY WINNINGS SAYUNG IT WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE. BULLSHIIT. DONT TRUAT THEM. IF YOU WIN THEY WILL JUST FIND AN EXCUSE NIT TO SEND YOU UOUR WINNINGS. ALREADY TWICE THEY $#*!ED ME. SHAME ON ME!

Every time I do multiple withdraws in a row the longer they take to send me my money they always have some lie why it takes so long. I found the only way to speed my w8thdraw is to deposit more money but only able to do that on vegas x cause it needs to be zero before they can deposit. They always reply with rewritten messages always saying the same thing. Any9ne willing I have plenty on them and proof of if interested in doing a class action lawsuit against them. Since they def8nately aren't a honest company and their business dealings are no good

EI went on their Vegas site and $150 and because when I did withdrawal it was the wrong BTC address they said they can't do anything about it even though the address that was sent to was their address I don't understand why they couldn't just send it to my cash app since that's where the money came from in the first place I think it's all scammed just so they can get our money don't go on their site

Here is the place play fast load big wins and quick speedy cash out. No joke this this best gaming site thanks bitbetwin

Sometimes my withdrawls are declined and I have to ask why which takes time because the chatbot takes a long time with agent. But when they are aware they get it handled

Awesome company, great customer service with speedy response and more than 1 way to get in contact with them! Quick withdrawal (when compared to other online casino sites) typically within 12-16 hours however they claim it can take up to 48 hours. The selection of gaming platforms is definitely adequate and will give you plenty of options to choose from. Lastly their bonus selection as well as their competition's where you can win freeplay is awesome and you can almost guarantee that you'll never make a deposit without some kind of bonus available! Try them out they are certainly one of the better online casino sites!

This site is awesome ive played alot of sites and this one is legit. If i ever had issues with them they straightend them out they are fair. Ive deposited quite a few thousand won too many times to count on vegas x. This site is my go to site.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Good luck trying to get your bonuses especially when talking to support members such as ALICIA and SEVY. Multiple time they have kept me on the chat for 3 4 5 even 6 hour just to get bonus, not to mention it took someone I referred over 10hrs just to sign up. Then they act like they forget everything and ask you all the same questions over again like you never spoke to them about anything. The worst part about Bitbetwin is the support like Alicia and Sevy, when you really need it... Better talking to a computer operated system that has little to say. Biggest waste of time with these mindless people

It has been over a month now that I have sent several emails along with web receipts to obtain a refund on a wrong payment sent to them. Importance of a customer seems to be not of priority. Very disappointed with this company.

Did not credit $170 dollars that was owed to me. My withdrawal request is still pending and its been 46 hours. Contacted customer support multiple times yesterday and today via email and Live chat. I was asked to complete identity verification and I submitted photos 5 times according to subsection, "Identity verification " listed on their website at:
https://bitbetwin.az/faqs/
Which states:
"How to complete the verification process if I deposit, win and try to withdraw the amount?
In that case, all you need to do is to provide a selfie while holding your ID Card, and that is pretty much it. After that, we will evaluate the documents and approve them instantly if everything is right."
I sent a photo of myself holding my ID card 5 times, along with photos of my ID CARD FRONT AND BACK.
My identity verification is still declined. Then live chat support says " Do you have any other selfies"?
My withdrawal request should have been approved and processed by now.
Last time I tried to withdrawal they said that I didn't have enough money to complete my request for $85 so I asked for $75 and they ended up paying me $77 and I lost the remainder of my account balance.
BITBETWIN.AZ a SCAM website AND THEY'LL GIVE YOU EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY. I'D LIKE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST BITBETWIN.AZ and their fraudulent business practices. Thank you.

ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PAID SOLICITED REVIEWS FROM BITBETWIN DO NOT BE FOOLED!For the past two days I've been trying to withdraw I had enough in my balance yet for some strange reason they continue to give me one excuse of it or another I have screenshots timelines screen recordings and emails documenting every excuse in the book for them wanting not to pay me don't be fooled all reviews that are posted the majority are solicited reviews or reviews made by bitbetwin.az

After playing bitbet win for over a 2 months everyday 700 dollars played i can say you don't win more then you deposit... there for its a lose and loss... compare to the same games system I play at about 10 different location around town I don't never win more then u put in... crazy as it may seem I tryed and tried and never did win...

When you deposit any amount, you'll get 100% of your deposit added to your balance. The vegas x free credits added during the time of your deposit are automatic. For example, if you deposit $10, $20 will be added to your balance. But during your water bonus, you can't top up until your balance becomes seven times your initial deposit.
For example, If you deposit $10, you can cash out your winnings after $70. You can deposit again if your balance drops below $1. You can cancel the wagering bonus if you haven't started playing.
