Easy to use web site. Wish descriptions would state which models/years they fit.
The battery on the website did not fit my bike (terminals on wrong side of battery) as shown on the site. I contacted the company and received NO RESPONSE. I had to modify my bike to get the battery to work.
Poor customer service. Would rather pay more than not have support when there is an issue.

As far as ordering everything went very quickly and easily now waiting to get the battery. Ok received the battery and everything was just as it was supposed to be. I am very satisfied and hope too not have any issues with this battery. If so we will see just how good the warranty stands by it's promises but hope this never has too be used.
