Customer service needs attention. Called three times for tracking information and they gave me the wrong tracking number. Also when I got confirmation of my order they said they would be a series of emails with tracking information and delivery information. Those emails never came! Battery fit and works. Curious about how and if they cover warranty if needed
If you get a battery with more CCA's, a better warranty, and at a better price than the OE battery, then you have a great deal. That's what I got with these guys.

Good afternoon; I am writing this note to thank you for a very good experience dealing with your company. The battery I needed for my screw gun is an older model that is not carried by the store I bought it in years ago. The screw gun is in near perfect condition so I saw no reason to buy another even though Black & Decker stopped making this model. When I couldn't find the battery locally, I tried the internet and thankfully I found your web site and others that were selling it. Your prices were much better than other companies so I bought off you. The battery arrived yesterday and the screw gun is working like new. I will tell everyone I know where to get batteries they need going forward. Thank you again an keep up the good work.
These guys are great! Customer service oriented, they answer your call the first time (a HUMAN answers the phone!) and they work with you to make sure that you (The Customer) are happy. I would highly recommend them.

The ordering and product delivery were fine. However, there was an apparent glitch and I received an email saying I had to complete the order. After contacting customer service they assured me that the order was good and the product was on its way, which it was.

For some reason the site emptied my cart, then had 2 in it. I had to correct it to 1. But otherwise all was good. Received my order in good shape and it fit the application. Battery arrived fully charged. It arrive 1 day later than stated but that is most likely due to the post office delivery times and routes.
