Placing an order on your site is difficult. Inputting customer info is hard to navigate to and complete. Finally found a way to pay (PayPal) and quickly clicked it, so I could complete the transaction. Hope I only pay once for the 2 batteries I need.

I was pleased with the product, and pricing. However I never received the shipping confirmation email after the order. We had to call days after the order to find out what was going on. The operator was very professional and quickly fixed the issue however I should not have had to call, I had also sent an email requesting an update a day or so before and did not receive an answer to it until after I got the tracking email after our call. I understand from what he said that this was unusual and he did apologize, though I was still a bit annoyed. Thank you for being polite with me and seeing to the correction so quickly.

Easy ordering and processing. Batteries arrived very quickly. My order went into spam so I didn't know they had shipped. This was not their problem. I would order with them again.

The merchandise arrived and was not what I expected. I could not figure out how to turn the headset on - the instructions did not match the headset. So I had to spend hours searching the internet for instructions on how to work the headset.
Once I got the headset working and connected - I put the headset on. The headset is hard cheap plastic - not at all flexible. So it irritated the sides of my head in a short time.
I bought two as I had thought it looked like it would be perfect for what I needed. I'm a little bummed.
I tried multiple times to enter the required information. I tried one last time and it was accepted. I was about ready to go to another site to find the product.
