UPDATE: Standard delivery was timely- took about a week. Great product, Great price. I will order again when I need batteries!
The battery life so far is not 4 hours. I tried charging it for 24 hours and the most I got was 90 minutes. I was advised to keep trying it for a week so hopefully the charge time will increase. I AM happy that customer service response is so quick. I love the headset. I find it much more comfortable and easy to use compared to some of the top brand ones. I just hope it gets to a point where it can remain working for more than 90 minutes.
