Good price and the battery was delivered promptly and came charged, unlike some higher priced factory ones which you needed to add the acid too. I am satisfied. Only complaint would be the screws that came to fix the cables to the battery posts were so small they actually slipped through the eye on the cable end...needed washer. Also they were very short, maybe about 10mm. So there would only be clearance for one cable on a post. My bike has a main cable, an eye end cable for the headlights, and a small wire for the light kit. I had to go to home depot to get a 16mm bolt and then use a couple washers. Zinc was the only option would have liked to have a long enough aluminum bolt accompany the battery for the basic extras most bikes have. I do notice the immediate start up now and am very satisfied with the price I paid plus doing it myself.

The color I ordered was out of stock and I was never notified. When I called you I was told it was not in stock and I agreed to a different color. Got the device, it worked exactly 4 days and stopped. Now it wont charge or play for more than a few seconds. Would like a refund or replacement. *******852
