Reasonable prices

Somehow I thought I was ordering a AGM charger and received a battery and a small charger. Both are useless to me. Probably costs too much to return them. Paperwork sent with them has no company information at all. Frustrated!

One battery was hard to charge but seems ok

A bit pricey on the shipping cost. No coupon code when I called your Chicago office.
The follow up call from the shipper was at 7am. I feel that is to early. The caller was kinda rude also.

Was happy to finally find replacement battery for our old drill. Received 3 days after ordering, wasn't expecting them that fast.

I unfortunately, opened the package this weekend and found that I had received the wrong battery. Do not know if I miss read the material at the time of order or not. Received a battery for 10 inch Kindle Fire and have an 8 inch Kindle Fire. Need to make a switch.
