Wasn't sure where I bought my HD battery from but I contacted Big time and they looked it up threw my email and replied back that it was about 3 months from out of warranty. So what was my next step ship it back or what? They replied back to have it checked at my local parts store and send them a copy per text message, so I did it showed it was dead, after reviewing the readings they replied back that they would be sending out a full replacement at no charge. I want to thank big time for being a number one place to do business this is the kind of stuff that earns a customer for life. Thanks a lot
Pretty good but slow.
At this moment all I can say is thanks for stocking the batteryneeded to keep mt Craftsman cordless tools running.
Added to above two weeks later: the battery that arrived was defective, would not take a charge. A return ticket was sent to me immediately. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it will be some time before another battery will be available. Not the dealer's fault.
