Living in Texas CCA don't matter as much as stand alone cranking amps. After not being able to find this I called in to get it. Was told 380 was the stand alone CA...good. Bike only needs 310 to correctly deliver the right amount to starter. I got the battery in a few days, fairly quick. I put it in it's battery spot under seat. Went to connect cables and the OEM ran cables won't connect because the post off this battery don't come to edge like the OEM does. So, I look in box to see if they sent hardware to bridge the gap...NOPE. Had to stop, go to town at the local battery store to get extensions. After all that I had the battery hooked up and ready for a day in the saddle. Well...that didn't last long...the battery turned the engine over twice( stock engine) and made my starter click. So, I topped the charge off, and tried it again. At full charge the starter is dragging and barely starts. Thought starter was having issue's. It wasn't, put an OEM battery in it and it was just barely a push of the botton and she lit off and ran like a champ. I noticed though, all over this site... It says call us before leaving any bad feedback...I've called everyday since it came and have yet to get a response. It's also amusing that every review I made to mention the same issue... Mysteriously disappeared. Anyway... Not happy at all with this battery. Or the customer service. And unless I am done a solid... I won't be back.
