I have dire grove collectors edition and it keeps kicking me out of the game. Why?
Especially during the latter part of the game. This is very annoying. I go in and it kicks me out, I go in and it kicks me out, and so on. Please see if you can fix this so I can finish my game. Thank you.
I love the games. But in the afternoon and evening the system is always slow...
This site is a scam. The blackjack dealer bust rate is atrocious. Vegas would be embarrassed. 20 and 21 are routine for the "computer" generated hands that happen so often especially during "chip sales"! Taking people's money for pitiful odds are the way this site operates. Do not spend money on this underhanded system. You will always lose!
I do enjoy the game I bought back in May, However I do not remember signing up for the club and just recently realized that I have been getting charged $6.99 per month. I never approved this! It must have been in the small print. The game is mine, but I will not buy from these people again. Seems like their one of the companies that will do anything for a buck!
Been buying games here for over a year now and love this site. You don't have to be a member to buy their games, or take advantage of some great sales. If I have any problem, I just email them and get a quick reply, usually with an answer right then. The people are friendly and very helpful, especially to a tech-challenged senior like myself. Even my mom, 87 yrs old, is now getting ready to buy her first game.
Good selection of games, GREAT prices, no malware or ads. I have purchased over 10 games from them and have never had a problem. I have changed computers a couple times and was able to easily re-download my games. I like that they let you "try before you buy"
You have to join their club to get discounted price on games, but you can cancel it as soon as you download your game... then just start it again when you want another game. Or stay with the membership and get special deals from them.
STAY AWAY! I ordered SpongeBob Typing Game to teach my kids to type. Got a link that said it would download SpongeBob but Downloladed a game called Big Fish Casino that didn't even work. Send complaints to Customer Service four times with electronic responses each time telling me that soon a live CS rep would contact me.
Nothing ever happened. SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF BIG FISH. BIG FRAUD.
GOT CHARGE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NEVER EVEN HEARD OF BIGFISH GAMES. NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE TO RESOLVE THIS. GOING TO HAVE TO GET A FRAUD PUT ON MY ACCOUNT AND A NEW CREDIT CARD. BIGFISH SUCKS KOK
I love computer games. And I try to be a good person and mostly buy games not get them for free online and I trust this site with my money asthey look legit and safe for me to use. The issue is that a couple of times lateley, I bought games that I couldn't use. For weird reasons like wrong screen size or all levels being locked.
This is more of a nuisance than a money loss issue as they do have a customer service email you can write to. But it is annoying that they don't seem to do a quality check on the games they sell.
Love it. Only thing, games are expensive sometime. Safe place, I cancel the subscription easily.
I like this site a lot. The membership isn't worth it to me. I only download about 1 game a month, maybe 2 if there is a sale going on. But I love the fact they give you a an hour trial on all their games so you can try before you buy. Plus they've started releasing iPhone games as well. My favorite are hidden object games and they have quite a wide variety. My only complaint is that I wish the prices were a little lower. But I wish that about a lot of things. Overall I like the site.
If you are VERY good at reading everything that comes in fine print, it's an okay game site, I guess.
Download games only. Cheap games, but when you buy you are automatically signed up for a monthly membership - unless you are sharp enough to see the tiny tick in the tiny box saying Big Fish Game Club Trial. And they don't really spell it out what the Game Club trial actually means...
If you do not remove the tick, or remember to "unsubscribe" by the end of the month then you are a member of their club and must buy a game a month. At least they charge your credit card/Pay Pal account for 1 game each month. If you are a member, buying 6 games in a calendar month will give you 1 free game the next month.
Non-members can still buy games, but they pay more.
So-so Customer service - instead of helping you all the way until you can play the game, they are quick to give up, blame it on your obsolete graphics card, and offer a free game coupon instead. So that you can download another game that might not work.
Joined, bought a game, and was never able to activate it. No live customer service on weekends, no toll free number to call & talk to a live person, and no refunds even though you can't play the game you purchased. Since I only have internet access on weekends, don't know if previous statement by other reviewer was true, about no live customer service during the day, but wouldn't surprise me. I requested assistance on a weekend & was auto-emailed that all responses take 24-72 hours to be processed. I never got an email offering assistance, but did get the "How did our customer service do?" email 4 days later. I wouldn't recommend this web site. Poor customer service, no toll free number and NO REFUNDS!
I tried to buy a game from BigFish. Instead of giving me a link for the download, they asked for all my info again, and again, and again. Why? So they ould bill me more than once? I emailed them and they said click on the Cancel My Membership link in My Acount. Guess what? There's no such link! The link to Live Chat doesn't work either. Their email said I signed up for a monthly membership at $6.99 a month. I unchecked that box at the start! I sent several emails, got the same lame reply about membership and there's no physical address to write to nor any phone number to call. Buy your games elsewhere!
This is a great site if you love games. They have Hidden Object games, strategy, puzzles, word, card and just about any kind of game that tickles your fancy.
You can download a free trial of most games and you can play many online games as well. Games are also available for purchase and I've purchased several of them and I've been very happy with their games and their customer service. I've never had a problem with them or any game I've purchased and I've been on that site for a couple of years now.
Just about anyone can find a game they'll like here. It's a good way to keep your mind sharp too.
