This game used to pay out and was enjoyable but you cant win sqat here anymore. Double down is better or zynga gaming they pay out. Not worth buying into this gaming application at all!
Watch out, when you purchase a game, they automatically "subscribe" you, then withdraw money from your account every month. Scandalous!
I purchased a one-off special offer game. For a couple of quid. Next month the cheeky ba*****s took £5.39 from my bank as a monthly fee for their 'games club'
Steer clear of this company for not making it clear about further hidden charges
You have to download their crap launcher to play any of the games you paid for. Not worth it. Go torrent what ever small download you're looking for then donate to the dev company.
They just charged me without any question. I have contacted to the customer service by e-mail but they were sending me information about nothing and there was no answer for my question. I asked the question about why they charged me the second time as well? There is no answer of course! I have cancelled my membership, also I need to go to my bank to block any further transfer otherwise they will charge me again!
This is a SCAM company, never go to their website again!
Yes this is quite scammie which is a shame because they don't need to be - they have great quality products. Basically whatever game you purchase, you can't play unless you have paid a monthly subscription fee. This might have been OK back 10 years ago but nowadays these things don't fly - people don't like to not have access to what they pay for.
MY ADVICE: the first month is free, so play as much as you can than cancel subscription. It's a shame they come across as so scammy - they could have done so well. Plus the game I played was full of animal cruelty.
Had quite a bit of fun, cost money but worth it i think, will be doing more.
I have been a customer since 2008 spending thousands of dollars on this site. They have changed considerable since 2008 and not for the good. The customer service is atrocious taking over a week to get a response. The online customer care group has been abolished. The moderators in their forums are rude and arrogant and I believe very young with god complexes. I got kicked off the forums and have been removed for life - I kid you not. I don't think prison sentences, with the exception of murder are that long. Really? For a forum? They have been sold to Churchill Downs, Inc. I would highly recommend they do a complete analysis of the company operations. I always get the feeling that no one is in charge over the age of 30. Where are the managers? I always feel like the kids are running the family with this group.
STAY AWAY! The minute you buy ONE game they automatically sign you up for membership which automatically charges you $6.99 every month without any notice whatsoever. So glad I check my bank account regularly or I would have never known they had been charging me! When I tried to email customer service I received an automatic message giving me several "solution" options. When I emailed AGAIN asking for a real person, I have not received any response whatsoever. Total SCAM. STAY AWAY
I own globlin kingdom and love the series Awaking but I can not get out of the maze. Played it before and had no trouble but now I am stuck. Tell me how to proceed please. Delby77
Haven't bought any games for a few years. Now I'm getting charged over 7.00 a month on my credit card, what a rip off
Big fish game did contact and reimburse for one years worth, and cancelled my subscription.
It's help but will be very careful in the future before buying anything on the Internet.
Love the hidden object games and played heaps of them all paid for too. BUT I have downloaded 3 more games & none are in English when I go to open them. Emailed Big Fish & got some response basically saying they would get back to me... guess what I will be a very old woman before that happens... fix the problem or give me back my money Big Fish rip off!
This site has been a pain in the neck. I used it once about4 years ago to buy a game for my son and have spent all the time since trying to stop them taking money from my account. They ignore emails, contact on facebook, my bank trying to stop them and legal threats. They are rip off merchants and owe me big time. Avoid at all costs!
They're the worst company ever. If you download their "Free to Play" games they reset "At Will". If you actually spent real money to advance your "Free to Play" game & it resets they take forever to get back to you & give you "Wishy Washy" responses at best.

I have been using Big Fish games for several years They can be easily reached by emailing or calling. Yes there is a monthly fee of $6.99 but that is clearly stated and on par with any other legitimate site that I have found.
I bought maybe 8 games here, and they worked fine at first, but suddenly I wasn't able to buy anymore games. I tried to contact them, but all they could say was there was a glitch with their system... They never tried to fix it. And, then, suddenly, all the games I purchased disappeared, and I was told that my "trial was over" and I should buy them (again!). Needless to say, I turned to the App Store, where I should've started.
Don't be sucked in by their deals! It'll cost you more in the long run!
I purchased the Drawn series from Big Fish Games. I like the games quite a bit; nice family entertainment. Then I noticed the recurring monthly fee that I DID NOT sign up for. When I deactivated my account, the games were no longer playable. But I paid for them!
Have one game called Chuzzle Christmas Edition and it has become so unplayable can't play mor than a couple of minutes before kicked out. Used to be fun now I hate it and will never get another big fish game
I did one star because I HAD too! This is the biggest rip-off site I've ever seen. They draft $6.99 every month from my checking account so I can play games, and the one time I even try to use it, they tell me I can't play the game I picked unless I pay $35.00! WHAT? Are you serious?! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
This is a really bad site. I downloaded my singing monsters and I ended up getting a whole bunch of s*** that lagged out my computer. IN the end, no my singing monster.
