Best Customer Service

Its really hard to find a company that has good customer service nowadays and Biaggi is just exceptional! They listen to customers.

We purchased a red and a blue 31" suitcase to take on an overseas trip to Israel and Ethiopia February 2020. We found the bags difficult to pack, even using the side straps to hold the items in. The bags bulged and did not sit level. They are difficult to pull along as there is no rigid handle and don't travel well on carpet. Because they are canvas, they got wet when being transferred by baggage handlers and a coat inside was damp when we opened the case. On our tour the bus driver found the bags difficult to stack/pack in the luggage compartment. I found them difficult to manoever generally and would not use them again. They kept sliding off the luggage cart

Think Twice!

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 different sizes for my vacation. They arrived just in time only to make my travel MORE difficult. I packed them according the instructions/video with the packing cubes. The would not stay upright and I basically had to carry the bags because they either wouldn't roll or they would roll all over the place. I contacted customer service about returning them. Received a generic, copy & paste response about no returns unless they are unused. Think twice about these bags.

Purchased the expandable carry on and packing was great but once it is full and you try to move it the handle gives a lot. I figure I probably have a couple more uses and it will break completely. Wish I had used it immediately after purchase but ordered it well before our trip and now it is to late. They need to do something to make the handle work with less give. Others complained about the handle breaking but I just thought maybe it was improper handling.

I ordered my shopping bags on the textdeals.Com. I had not heard of the company before but since you have to have a bag when you shop I took the half off deal and I am glad I did. They had travel bags that fold flat and fit under plane seat as well as back packs. I bought the 2 shopper bags that fold up and zip into a small envelope size. They fit in purse,, very light weight and a material that doesn't tear easily and you unzip when you need it. I bought olive green with logo but they had a few colors to choose from.
I recommend bags
