B&H is a more complete photo site than the other NY house. Long on Customer Service and pricing is comparable. I would rate their used dept a notch higher than the others. But your mileage may vary. -Charles in Louisiana

In the runup to the eclipse, I was able to get the gear I needed to capture the event of a lifetime. Camera, lenses, filters, drone, etc. Great.
BnH is my most used website to order any electronic item. Although it started because of no tax but eventually ended up with trust on product genuineness.
The low I can see which BnH need to fill up is the offers which are similar to other website which makes not much difference anyone to buy somewhere else.
One case is that I know personally for canon 5d mark 3 which is the same price as others but instead like everyone else BnH also says discount but it is actually discounted because there is mark 4 already in the market.
As a loyal buyer of BnH I think the rate can attract a lot of business too.
Always a great selection and reasonable prices. You may find it for less elsewhere but you will not have the reliability of a great retailer, and you will recieve yur. They stand behind sales and do not try to up sell you things you don't need. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years.

I have been using B&H for a number of years and have never had a bad experience. The website, telephone ordering and after purchase support have been excellent. Also Their technical support has proven to be excellent when I have questions regarding any of the products they offer.
Honestly, if the beach weren't so fantastic, I'd weekend at B&H. Conversing with the staff is always a treat. They've always got what I'm looking for, solutions for issues as well as ideas, and the return policy is perfect.

Sonos is giving 15% one off discount (for its 15th Anniversary) on its players which can be purchased in many retailers like BestBuy etc etc. BHPhotoVideo is not one of them. Upon asking for price matching in Live Chat, I was told it was not possible to match.

Ordered a keyboard for a birthday via Expedited shipping that was supposed to be 2-3 business days. Received product 7 business days later. Wasn't shipped until 4 days after order!
