I buy a lot of tech products and was getting sick of getting burned on counterfeits and unauthorized resellers on (you-know-who). I switched to B&H and couldn't be happier. Their customer service is top-notch, they actually read and respond to questions on products... This site brings me back to the golden age of online retail, to be quite honest.
They have easy shopping here. Looking or searching for items on this website is very easy. If you forgot to add or modify your order it is simple. Shopping here many years. Very happy with their service.

Bh used to be a good company. It seems like I have to call support every other order now. Takes 30-60+ minutes to get a human. Call for sales and you're talking to someone in 1-5 minutes, but they refuse to help you. Seems like the company stops caring about the customer the minute they have your money. Last order I placed was on back order. I randomly checked the site about a week later and the item was in stock, but mine hadn't shipped. I contacted customer support and magically they shipped the item. I strongly suspect they would have sold it out from under me if I hadn't made a big deal out of it. I've just had too many problems ordering through bh over the last few years. Sad because they were a good company before that.

I've dealt with Henry Posner before. His mixture of condescension and arrogance is another reason to avoid this company if at all possible. Brian Markman smoothed over his mess after a previous unfortunate experience with BH, but I don't think I should recommend companies where you have to have a special contact to be treated well.

These are one of the few Photography Specialists left out here! The website is great, however, making a decision on a camera can be quite tricky.

I started out with mail-order camera gear from New York back in the 1980s. The Internet has changed it so much, and B&H stays up to date and ahead of the curve. They are great at carrying top-of-the-line pro products at the best prices, and their service and shipping have always been stellar for me. We are about to make a 10-day trip with a lot of photography planned, and I thought of a couple of last-minute things, and B&H had them and will get them here quickly.
Love B&H. Their site is easy to navigate and all of their products are excellent. They're the place I go any time I need to make a purchase of new gear for my photography business. Thanks!
As usual, very clear and straight to the point. This time I removed one star, as this stupid form to enter the delivery address kept requiring a postal code while there is no such postal code in Qatar (selecting "Qatar" should have disabled the postal code requirement).

I signed up for the Payboo B&H credit card because I buy a lot of production equipment for my business. It has been great because I do not have to pay any sales tax on my purchases. This saves me a lot of money. B&H has fantastic deals in general, but the added tax break is lovely and brings me back to their website for all electronic needs. They have an array of electronics and equipment that is shipped fast!
I'm in the middle of replacing some of my older photography gear with more modern equipment. I have found everything I need at B&H, and, with the payboo card, I don't pay sales tax. And shipping is free. Unlike Amazon, you can find answers to common questions, and either do an online char, or call to get help if you don't know what works with what, plus, with the payboo card, you don't pay sales tax -- they do! So far, I am very pleased with my purchases.
Over years of ordering from B&H the one consistent trait is outstanding Customer Service with a pool of knowledgeable staff who can answer the most technical of questions. Pricing is always competitive and their vast Used Camera Equipment section is like finding treasure when trying to find top shelf equipment at a great price with realistic condition reports. I would recommend B&H as the first stop any Photographer/Videographer make when looking for the best kit, backed by the best staff in the business.
I placed an order for a printer, but a few hours later they sent me an e-mail CANCELING my order. So, I called them up to ask why. After I spent a whopping 30 minutes on hold (I was transferred several times), they STILL couldn't give me an answer! So, I took my business elsewhere.
Then I learned that, last year, they fired an employee for voicing opposition to the violent Marxist group Black Lives Matter on social media. And in 2016, they donated 17 times more to the Clinton campaign than to the Trump campaign.
Please stay away from this terrible company.

When I ordered a product from B&H Photo that didn't work, I asked the manager for a refund, and he mentioned the no refund policy. I explained to him that the product didn't work, forcing me to buy the product somewhere else as well, the manager wasn't understanding at all... in fact he was kind of rude about it. I'm NOT EVEN MAD ABOUT NOT GETTING A REFUND, BUT BY HOW THE MANAGER TREATED ME WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE. That manager should think about his approach and how he comes across before responding to a customer's concern. I was polite the way I presented myself, he should've done the same... especially at a CUSTOMER SERVICE job.
Always has what I need at a good price and usually receive in 1 or 2 days. Phone and online both great.
I've been ordering from B&H Photo for almost 20 years and I never had a bad experience. Always delivered on time or earlier and the products were well packaged for shipping. I never questioned the genuineness of the products; unfortunately I can't say that for all vendors.
Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.
