I always check B&H before I buy. With Payboo I save the 9.5% tax. Can't beat B &H. They also price match
Tried to pricematch a CPU with them that was $50 cheaper at Microcenter and they wouldn't match it because the lower price wouldn't make them as much money as their marked up price. They told me the price was locked and then ended up lowering the price of it by $30 several days later so apparently they lie to their customers. I would shop at Microcenter for better deals on computer parts and would not shop here again due to the poor customer service and pricing.

The site is dependable and easy to use and the pricing is generally fair and lately has been pretty much equal to Amazon on some items. I also love the fact that they close Friday at sunset and for Jewish Holidays. I'm not even Jewish but I appreciate the fact that they stand by their values. Says a lot about them.
B&H has become my go-to spot for ordering camera and lighting equipment, but also for recent MacBook Pro purchases. Shipping is fast & free, the couple of times I've needed to call the service was great, and with the Payboo card B&H covers the tax on every order. With electronics this is significant! This probably sounds like a fake review, but I'm a filmmaker in the Chicago area and I assure you it's not! :)

I ordered a Fugi XT4, for $1700. When it arrived, I did not think about the color of the outlet plug, until I couldn't charge the camera. When I called they asked no questions, but assumed it was a faulty battery and expected me to send back the battery before they sent me another one. I discovered the problem on You Tube and on reinspecting the camera box, it was clear it had been tampered with and the original parts had been replaced with parts that did not work. I was on hold a long time for a customer service manager, who could have cared less and insisted multiple times that the package came directly from the manufacturer. I did not like that I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get the issue resolved while the manager put on me on hold and then insisted they had no cameras in stock to replace the camera I had ordered. I was told that Fed Ex would pick up the faulty camera package and when I didn't hear from them for THREE days, I called and customer service told me the package (a camera) was too heavy and I would have to take the package to Fed Ex myself. There are other vendors that match their prices. Shop around. This company can not be trusted.
Awesome selection, prices, and website. Always fast and easy to get what I am looking for. Highly recommend to anyone not wanting to waste money, time or effort. Great stuff.
B&H is my go to store for Photography Equipment, Electronics, Computers and Accessories, and Optics. I am never disappointed with their products, their easy to find website, and their competitive pricing. I really like using there payboo store card.

The website was laid out perfectly, found what I needed and made it very easy to purchase. I also liked that it was about 20-30 dollars cheaper than Sweetwater. 2 day free delivery didn't hurt either.
Brian Markman at B&HPhotoVideo, wasn't nice nor was he helpful. Didn't help and was rude otherwise unprofessional. Having been in the city for many years, have ordered from this merchant for (a long time). When problems occur Brian is the first to play victim and appeal to the responsibility of his firm. Sick of this guy! Would like a staff member to help please and thank you.

The website was easy to navigate. The ordering was streamline and the shipping is bot a great deal and very timely.

I love this site! This store has got everything, and they have great prices! It's worth your while to check them out and save money on ALL your electronics needs... not just cameras. There's gadgets that I have never ever heard of, and B&H has got it.
One wish, as a Canadian shopper, is that they would list prices in Canadian dollars too. But, that's just one small wish.
Also, shipping is super fast, and always well packaged! Customer service is phenomenal.

I spent 3 days looking at small all-in-one printers on the internet. Wading through ads and advertising is a nightmare. I checked out the B&H photo website, saw a couple of printers that suited me and asked all of my questions via their excellent chat service. I ended up with a different printer that much better suited my needs of small size, excellent reviews, high quality software, wireless operation, inexpensive refills of ink and light weight for under $250.00. Additionally, my new printer has a sleek, attractive design and fits with my decor! Who would have thought that that was possible?! Excellent company and assistance. B&H Photo Video always seems to offer the products, at a great price, just when I am in the market to purchase. Service is always terrific. I regularly visit the B&H website to check on current sales items, to research all sorts of equipment and supplies. I have never been disappointed by the quality and service of B&H Photo Video.
