Website would not accept three credit cards. Force3d to use PayPal instead. I can't understand when two were already saved as a payment method, but got tired of fighting with it.

My first order was really easy to place, the software even alerted me that I mistyped the credit card number. Although I didn't use it I liked the idea that they offered to split the charge on to 2 CCards.

Okay, I had a problem that Nikon could not solve, having to do with the Prostaff 5 12x50 binocular (I bought from you) that has a female tripod adapter thread, but too large to accept normal L-shaped brackets. The cap was so difficult to remove I scratched it up rather badly with needle nosed pliers before resorting to small vice grip, which worked. Your agent at this point sounded not only perplexed but uncaring about the situation. He did, however, supply me with the NIBM letters to look it up with in the catalog, the one and only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I hope it works, or no more business will ever be conducted with you by me. You have always been my preferred source of optics and was wishing to further my collection, if that even matters to you...

Over the past few years, I've purchased a camera, a zoom lens, and various accesories from BH. Everything went well. My local camera store warned me to make sure that everything you buy online comes with a US warranty card. My camera and lens did have the card in the package.
Everytime i use B&H, I'm happy. My experience has been always great, I have nothing bad to say. Customer service also great.

I've been ordering all my DSL camera's and supplies for over a decade from B@H Photo Video without a single complaint. I shop and compare and it's hard to use anyone but the ones I can trust to get my orders correct every time for this long. Their site is easy to use and full of technical advice that I can trust to make my major decisions with. I have purchased over two dozen Canon camera bodies and L lenses through this store and received hundreds of accessories without a flaw or problem!
I have been using B&H for some 40 years now. They have absolutely proven to be a trustworthy and quality operation. Rarely have I had an issue and when I did they took care of it quickly and properly.

Horrible Horrible Experience! Do NOT BUY from them if you want something quickly. Do NOT TRUST their Expedited Shipping. I ordered some items spending considerable amount of funds after they offered Free Expedited Shipping which is 1-3 business days depending on the location. However, after I placed the order, the website said I would get those items in 5-6 business days. Why would B&H Photo advertise and promise a free expedited shipping when they do not send the items by expedited way? It is a total lie just to have the sales, not an honest service. I only placed an order thinking I would get it on time as a gift for a special person. Now, I got nothing. Zero Star for you B&H.
I would give B&H more stars for service and available stock but 5 stars was all they had posted. Great service and great people.
