Received what looks to be 2 different finish (left vs right shoe), which I didn't notice until I wore outside. I called Customer Service and spoke to Brittany. I also sent pictures/explanation. Vanessa responded quickly, offering a generous refund for the trouble. Unfortunately, I couldn't return as I already wore them. I love Dansko and the fit is perfect. Although discrepancy is noticeable, they're camo style so I'll got with that. Overall, the great customer service made up for the trouble. Very professional. Thank you!

I've been shopping here for around 2 years and other than 2 packages that were not taped enough, everything has been fabulous. I've even featured BHFO on my YouTube *******@resellgenius
One medium dress looks like a 2XL, one medium pair of pants like a an extra small; and the zipper of another pair of pants broken. All of these items were final sales, thus waste of money since they can't be returned or exchanged!

The boots were exactly what I was looking for, price was great and delivery was on time.
3 items were damaged, but most items were in new condition with no flaws
I bought several shirts as gifts. The XL size was smaller than most retailers' size large so I had to return them. They charged me shipping for the return even though their product sizing was WAY off! My total cost for shipping both ways was nearly half the cost of the shirts. I spoke with their customer service rep who basically said that's too bad.

Bought my husband some of your footwear and we can say that the quality is absolutely amazing and definitely worth every cent.
Great prices, however, I was disappointed with not having given free shipping.
