I ordered 5 books and received them just in time to be occupied, at least for a while, during the quarantine! I love this site. There is a great selection of books, including all by my new favorite author. I also appreciate the low cost. I can keep my mind running with not a lot of cost and good quality books!

The delivery was well within expected timeline, but I was disappointed to receive half of my order in plastic packaging, which is not recyclable. The other book arrived in excellent fold up cardboard packaging which protected the book much better and has the added bonus of being recyclable.
PLEASE shift away from plastic packaging!

Many books were sent in cheap plastic sleeves and were damaged in shipping. Some of the books were library books and covered in stickers. No bookstore I have ever dealt with will accept library books because they are usually stolen!
I was very happy with the speed in which I received my order, with one exception that I only received 7 of 8 books, with no explanation or packing list/statement. I call on Saturday when I got the books and received a call back on Monday stating that it was shipped separately. I got it 3 days later. Just wish someone would have included a note.
Evyrything is OK, books are of good quality! The letters on the smaller book are very small - lets hope that I can read it ( I am 87 years old). Thank you! Niilo Turja
The two books I received today were both brand new and for the reasonable price and condition with free shipping, it is definitely a bargain.

The book that I received is not of the quality advertised. The book is water damaged, beat up, and marked up. This is the second book in as many months that I received that was not as advertised.
