I feel good ordering from this company! I have never been disappointed in the selection of books, the delivery is quick, and they give back to others! For every book sold they donate one to someone in need, how awesome is that! I totally recommend purchasing books from them!

I'm just glad I received my books in good order amidst this covid situation. Thank you BetterWorldBooks and the delivery team! Less one star though because some of the books were just a little bit dirty on the outside despite being listed as "good" condition (might be just me being paranoid also about viruses). Suggest to wipe down the books if possible. But the pages inside are generally clean and not crumpled.

I love so many things about this company but the long waits make me think twice about ordering. In addition I once realized 15 minutes after I sent in the order that I'd entered the wrong delivery address. I immediately contacted and asked for a change... told they would not redirect. Rather disappointing customer service.

I've been buying from Better World books for years and am always pleased with the experience. I recommend it to anyone who loves holding a real book.

Love, love love this company! The prices are low, the selection is large and free delivery! I've ordered around 40 books. I had a problem with one and it was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Books came in good shape. Fast delivery. Prices were hard to beat. Will order again when I need quality used books.
