This company is the worst. My order still says in "production". Has for over a month and a half. Was all proud of myself for ordering early for father's day but zero feedback, zero customer service, and zero responses. I feel this is a scam and I have been duped out of almost $100. I feel with all of these reviews on this site, we should ban together and sue the $#*! out of them. So ridiculous they never answer, never respond, but will take your money in a heartbeat. I am so disappointed with this company. Please do not EVER order from here. Everything they say is a lie. All they have done is stolen my money, and obviously others money and ran with it. I checked and they are not accredited by the BBB and most of their ratings suck. Save yourself some money and never order from here. Also, if anyone else would like to band together and request money and time back, I am all in for a class action law suite against them. I am sure there are many more who have not posted here who have not received their orders. Disgusting and deplorable. Their website should be shut down if they are never going to fullfill orders. Ordered two shirts for birthday presents two weeks before a friend's birthday. Received an order number and information stating the shirts should ship "in one to two business days". Birthday has come and gone and still haven't heard anything from the company. I've sent multiple emails asking about the order and have received no response.

Honestly, I read reviews before I purchase anything from an online company. The reviews for Better than Pants are average at best but their inventory of shirts is awesome. So hey, I took a leap of faith. Well let me tell you, the website was easy to navigate, I ordered 4 shirts picking my size and color, and even was able to use a coupon code. I paid via PayPal which is convenient and I needed them quickly so I was able to choose a priority shipping option for an additional cost. I ordered Wednesday, got confirmation on Wednesday that they received my order and then received an email that they shipped Thursday with a tracking #. It's Saturday and they arrived. This is the type of service you can only hope to receive when ordering online. My hope is that the shirts hold up to normal wear and tear which remains to be seen but as of now I'm a 5 star satisfied client.

I responded to a promotional email that stated shirts were half off with an additional 25% off is you entered a certain code. In placing my order, no screen ever appeared to enter that code, so I was charged full price, and then had to fire off two emails, one threatening to dis them on Google before getting a response stating they had credited my account the difference. But even that was annoying as "Mike" said they had notified me of this several days ago, and that was either a lie or it was sent to the wrong email as I didn't get it. They never respond to phone calls even though they provide a number.
