I placed an order on August 16th, today is September 3rd, still no shirts. I can get a response via email or telephone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've called this company maybe 50 times nobody ever answers the phone. No one returns your voice man it's a Google voice number. They don't answer emails it's too bad I really wanted my products and what I ordered much much more from them if they would have just sent my stuff.

I placed an order on August 4th for an upcoming camping trip. I've left numerous e-mails and voice mails, no response. It's totally ridiculous. I'm contacting the better business bureau and trying to get money back from my credit card company.

Yeah my shirts finally arrived 5 weeks after ordering them, but their contact info is useless because they will not return your calls or reply to your emails. I sat around for 3 weeks thinking I had been scammed and almost purchased duplicate shirts from another site. They apparently don't value their customers. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.

POOR! Order $67.00 worth of TShirts on Aug 4th. Still nothing. I have emailed & called them with NO success. I am filing a claim with my bank and reporting them to the authorities. Also, on their web page it shows a NY address but on my bank statement is says California.

Be careful after ordering thinking that you're going to be sent a tracking number or anything about your order the only thing you'll get is that you sent them the money on your order and you will not be able to contact them nor get a hold of them I rate this company as not good at all!...

Order two different t-shirts and same one turned up in two different colors. Called 4 times, emailed 3 times. No response over following 21 days. Don't buy anything here.

Purchased 5 shirts from them, No reply for 27 days emails or Phone. They use a Google phone number which is a Red Flag as well. I should of done some research before ordering but if i can help anyone else please don't purchase from them. I am filing a dispute now I never received any of my products. Do Not Buy From Them! The 5 star ratings are most likely fake on here! Everyone else has been taken!

Horrible customer service! Placed an order over a month ago. The order has not been filled to my knowledge.
I emailed several times to receive a response from a robosite that my email has been received. No response from the company what so ever.
Beware of this site!

Lost money have not received shirt it's been 2.5 weeks no response from website. Stay away! Have attempted to contact website to no avail.

The wrong item was shipped and, despite multiple phone calls and e-mails, they have not resolved the issue.

There is no customer service/ support. Ordered three t-shirts, the shirts are poor quality, and all shirts were printed grossly off center. They never responded. No excuse.
Just go elsewwhere. I have advised I do not want to pay thru PAYPAL. No response either way. Waste of money, and not cheap. Two other friends had similar dealings. F-.

I am quite sure they don't actually sell product and that this site is just a scam to take people's money. Find a different vendor regardless of their discounted prices... You will never see your ordered merchandise.

Spent almost $70 with the company and never received my order, email confirmation, or a reponse back. I emailed and called about a dozen times since I ordered on June 17th. Still no response... I've paid through PayPal so I'm hoping they'll at least send my money back to get some other Father's day presents.

After not receiving my order, two shirts, for a vacation in Vegas. I started to email and call Better Than Pants customer service. Never received a call back or response. Well my vacation started and no shirts! Poor customer service. Will find a better company to purchase my shirts from now on.

Promises fast shipping, but took over a month. During that month, no response to emails or calls. Ignored request to cancel after 4 weeks and shipped it anyway but did not send promised shipment notice.
